By commissioning me, you agree to the terms listed below. These are in place to protect both you (the client) and me (the artist) and to ensure a smooth, respectful working relationship.

Commissions are made for personal use unless commercial rights are purchased.In any case where the artwork is used as profile pictures, banners, showcased or posted online, credit me via X: @FoxcluArt (https://x.com/FoxcluArt) and Bluesky: @foxcluart.bsky.social (https://bsky.app/profile/foxcluart.bsky.social).

I reserve the right to decline commissions involving subjects outside of my abilities or those that I will not draw.

Before I start, please give me a clear brief so that the finished commission is how you want it!

Payments are to be made upfront through the agreed platform. Once it is received the commission will be started.Payments should be made within 2 weeks or the commission will be declined.

Refunds are not available once work has started.

I may cancel and refund a commission at any time in the case of unforeseen circumstances (ilness, personal emergency). In case of a situation mentioned previously, I'll contact you through VGen or Discord.

You may cancel your commission before payment is madeChargebacks are strictly prohibited.

Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.

Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.

Place you in a blacklist.

Result in a formal complaint against you.

Unlimited revisions are included while in the sketch stage.

Once the sketch is approved, changes to major parts of the piece (composition, pose,etc) are accepted, but may incur in extra fees depending on the complexity and time required for them to be made. This will also extend the time needed for the completion of the artwork.

Estimated time of completion is 2 to 4 weeks. Any changes to this time frame will be informed through the communication medium being used at the moment.

Delivery will be made in the format stabilized on each service and will be sent through the current communication medium being used.

As a buyer you may use my artwork for personal purposes only.

I do NOT allow my work to be used, listed, or minted as NFTs.

I do NOT consent for my art to be used for AI training.

Any form of tracing/editing/amending over my art is not allowed.

All communication surrounding the commission will be through VGen or Discord.

Please respond within 7 days after I send updates and progress; otherwise, the artwork will be delivered in it's current state.
